Return & Refund Policy:

At French Barrelettes, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each order is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. 

Eligibility 

For the safety and integrity of our products, returns are accepted only if the merchandise is received in its original, unopened French Barrelettes presentation box, with all contents intact, including the protective packing material and the original shipping carton. Items that are opened, used, incomplete,  or improperly packaged are not eligible for a refund. 

Return Process 

To begin a return, please visit our website within 14 days of delivery and initiate the return request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid UPS Ground return label to print and attach to your package. All returns must be shipped using this label, as we are unable to accept packages shipped via USPS, FedEx, or other carriers. 

Fees 

A standard restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the merchandise is received and inspected. This fee allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality control and service for all of our customers. 

Refunds 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete. 

Exchanges 

At this time, French Barrelettes does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
