We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping throughout the United States on all French Barrelettes orders. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, CPO, or FPO addresses. 
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• All orders are shipped in our custom French Barrelettes packaging to ensure your kit arrives beautifully and securely. 

  Returns: 

  We hope you will love your French Barrelettes as much as we do, and that you’ll be delighted to keep and enjoy them for years to come. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery,  provided you have contacted our customer service team to initiate a return and received return instructions. The kit must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with all contents intact. This includes the Barrelettes, satin travel bag, commissioned bobby pins, instruction pamphlet, keepsake presentation box, French Barrelettes ribbon, and the original shipping box. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less a restocking fee. We will not refund expedited shipping cost).
