Customer Support

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS  tracking number. You may use this number at UPS.com to follow your delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@frenchbarrelettes.com.

Do I have to pay customs and taxes (outside the US)?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States as we focus on building our brand. 

Can I place an order without an account?

Yes. You may check out as a guest. However, creating an account provides a more seamless experience. With an account, you can easily track your orders, view your complete order history, and manage your details all in one place.

Can I review my order history?

Yes. Simply log in to your account or provide an order number to review your complete order history.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and  American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return opened French Barrelettes?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of rollers that have been opened or used.

Can I return unopened French Barrelettes?

Yes. Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, a standard restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. 

Who pays for return shipping?

French Barrelettes will provide you with a prepaid UPS Ground return label for your convenience. A standard restocking fee will apply to all returns.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse for the refund to appear on your original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at  info@frenchbarrelettes.com. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Can I exchange my order?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item,  please follow our return policy for unopened items and place a new order.

How do I begin the return process?

To begin a return, log in to your account and go to your order history. Select the items you would like to return and follow the instructions provided. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

Shipping

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

No. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We are pleased to offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all US orders. Our team typically requires 1–2 business days to prepare and pack your order. During promotional periods or holiday weeks, please allow up to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as orders begin processing quickly. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, email us right away at  info@frenchbarrelettes.com and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. If it’s too late to make changes, the order may be returned to us by UPS. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, you can choose to have it reshipped to the corrected address or to receive a refund. In either case, a standard restocking fee will apply. All returns must be in the original, unopened French Barrelettes presentation box, with all contents and packaging intact, and shipped back using the prepaid UPS Ground label we provide.
