1. All shipping and delivery information

At French Barrelettes, every order is prepared with the same care and attention to detail as our products themselves. 

1a. Shipping Method 

We are pleased to offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders. At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping. All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS to ensure reliability and secure handling. 

1b. Processing Time 

Our team typically requires one to two business days to prepare, pack, and ship your order. During promotional periods or holiday weeks, please allow up to five business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you may follow your package’s journey. 

1c. Order Status 

To check the status of your order, you may: 

  • Sign in to your account on our website and view your order history, or • Use your order number and email address to look up your order status directly, or 
  • Contact us at info@frenchbarrelettes.com, and our team will be happy to assist you. 

1d. Taxes 

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the total merchandise value and the shipping destination. The tax amount will be displayed on the review page before you submit your order, and again on the order summary page once your purchase is complete. 

1e. Accuracy of Information 

Please take a moment to confirm your shipping details during checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched. For details on how we handle incorrect or undeliverable addresses, please see our Wrong Address Disclaimer below.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

2a. Wrong Address Disclaimer 

At French Barrelettes, we want your order to arrive smoothly and on time. To help us achieve this, please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, which means there is only a very small window in which changes or cancellations can be made. If you need to cancel your order or correct your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@frenchbarrelettes.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing. 2b. Return Shipping Requirements 

To begin a return, please visit our website and start the return process. Once your return has been initiated, French Barrelettes will provide you with a prepaid UPS Ground return label that you can easily print and attach to your package. All returns must be shipped using this label, as we cannot accept returns sent through USPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Please note that we will only accept returns if the merchandise is received in its original, unopened French Barrelettes presentation box, with all contents intact, including the protective packing material around the presentation box and the original shipping carton. Returns that are opened, used, incomplete, or improperly packaged will not be eligible for a refund. A standard restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the merchandise is received and inspected. This fee also applies in cases where an order has been returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address and you request that it be reshipped to a corrected address. 

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you promptly. At that point, you may choose one of the following options: 

  • Reshipment: We will gladly reship your order to the corrected address once confirmed. The standard restocking fee will apply. 
  • Refund: You may choose to receive a refund for the merchandise (less the standard restocking fee).
