French Barrelettes are not heatless or heated rollers; they are designed exclusively for wet-set styling. Unlike plastic mesh, Velcro, or sponge rollers, our stainless-steel honeycomb core and perforated polyester fabric covering allow for superior airflow, faster drying, smoother results, and a more polished shine. 

How does the patent-pending design work? 

Our design includes several innovative elements: a rigid stainless-steel core with hexagonal cutouts that allow heat and air to pass through efficiently, plus a breathable fabric covering that reduces frizz and promotes shine. The result is a faster, healthier, and more luxurious set.

No, each kit includes 30 extra-long, ultra-durable French Barrelettes bobby pins commissioned specifically for our rollers. These pins are not ordinary beauty-supply store pins. They are uniquely crafted for strength, precision, and hold, ensuring your set stays secure while maintaining a polished, luxurious finish. 

How long will my French Barrelettes last? 

French Barrelettes are rigid, durable, and built to last when cared for properly. Unlike disposable or mass-market rollers, they are designed as heirloom pieces you can keep, treasure, and even pass down as part of your beauty ritual. 

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping throughout the United States on all French Barrelettes orders. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, CPO, or FPO addresses. 
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• All orders are shipped in our custom French Barrelettes packaging to ensure your kit arrives beautifully and securely. 

  Returns: 

  We hope you will love your French Barrelettes as much as we do, and that you’ll be delighted to keep and enjoy them for years to come. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery,  provided you have contacted our customer service team to initiate a return and received return instructions. The kit must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with all contents intact. This includes the rollers, satin travel bag, commissioned bobby pins, instruction pamphlet, keepsake presentation box, French Barrelettes ribbon, and the original shipping box. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less a restocking fee. We will not refund expedited shipping cost).
